Article Summary

Interior clearance decides whether a Labubu display case fits, and most sellers publish only the exterior dimensions. The Wollibao 3 Tiers case is the best overall pick, marking its three tiers at 4.9, 4.4, and 4.9 inches. The Choowin 5 Tier case is the only one of the six publishing a full interior, at 11.8 inches with its step unit out. Pop Mart lists Labubu heights from 2.13 inches up to a 15.75 inch plush doll, so no single case covers a whole collection. Plain acrylic filters no ultraviolet light either, which leaves placement away from a window as the real fade protection.

The Wollibao marks a clearance figure on each of its three tiers and needs nothing but a shelf, which is what earns it the top spot. Labubu isn’t one size either. Pop Mart lists a different height for every format, from small vinyl figures near 2 inches up to a 40 cm plush doll at 15.75 inches, so a listing that says “fits Labubu” tells you nothing about your shelf.

Labubu Display Cases at a Glance

Six cases made this ranking. Exterior dimensions run height by width by depth, from each seller’s diagram or Amazon’s record.

How I Scored These Labubu Display Cases

I scored every case out of 10 on the six criteria this site uses for display cases, then averaged those six into the overall ranking.

  • Build quality: panel thickness, base material, and how the door closes. The Canadian Conservation Institute’s guidance on plastic glazing says “large pieces of plastic must be 3 mm thick to avoid bowing.” Two of these six publish a thickness, both 3 mm.
  • Size and fit: interior clearance against Pop Mart’s published figure heights, scored only where the number exists somewhere checkable.
  • Visual appeal: transmittance, lighting, and how much of the case is clear.
  • Safety and protection: dust seal, UV claims held against a named acrylic grade, lockability.
  • Ease of assembly: how many steps, and whether you handle bare panels.
  • Value for money: what the case gives you relative to its price band.

Nothing here was physically tested. Nobody at this site has handled these cases, so this guide has no assembly time, no teardown, and no drop test. Amazon doesn’t serve review text to anonymous visitors either, so there are no owner quotes.

Every dimension, rating, and availability note traces to a seller’s own diagram, to Amazon’s product record, or to Pop Mart’s published figure sizes. Every con is either a seller’s number contradicting that seller’s own fit claim, checkable on the listing in about thirty seconds, or a material property with a conservation source behind it. None of these cases publishes a warranty or offers a lock, so neither separates them.

Pop Mart Labubu Sizes and the Clearance Each Format Needs

Pop Mart publishes a height for every Labubu series on its own product page, which turns a fit claim into arithmetic you can do before you buy.

Labubu format Published size Source
Small vinyl blind-box figures (1:00 A.M. Series) 5.4 to 10.6 cm / 2.13 to 4.17 in tall Pop Mart 1:00 A.M. Series
Have a Seat vinyl plush blind box 8 x 7 x 15 cm / 3.15 x 2.76 x 5.91 in Pop Mart Have a Seat
Vinyl plush pendant (Big into Energy and similar) 17 cm / 6.69 in, excluding the hanging loop Pop Mart Big into Energy
Large vinyl plush doll (FLIP WITH ME) 20 x 15 x 40 cm / 7.87 x 5.91 x 15.75 in Pop Mart FLIP WITH ME
MEGA LABUBU 400% 35 cm / 13.78 in tall Pop Mart MEGA LABUBU 400%

Give every height above some slack in both directions. Pop Mart’s Have a Seat page says measurements “may vary within a normal range of 0.19- 0.39 inches,” and its Big into Energy pendant page widens that to “0.4 – 1.2 inches.” If a case clears a published height by only half an inch, the fit is a coin flip.

“Config only” below means the format fits once you pull a divider or a step unit, which costs you the capacity the case was sold on. The merged-bay figures are approximate, from each seller’s own tier heights.

Case Small vinyl 2.13-4.17 in Have a Seat 5.91 in Pendant 6.69 in 40 cm doll 15.75 in MEGA 400% 13.78 in
Wollibao 3 Tiers Fits, all three tiers No, 4.9 in tallest tier Config only, about 9.5 in No No
Choowin 5 Tier Fits, any step Fits, step unit out Fits, step unit out, 11.8 in No No
LXLXXL Wall-Mounted Fits, all three tiers No, 4.9 in tallest tier Config only, about 9.2 in No No
Wollibao 16-Inch Fits Fits Fits Claimed, unverifiable Likely, footprint unverified
Naconmlet LED Fits, three levels Fits, layered panel out Fits, layered panel out No No
NONEMEY LED Fits Fits Fits No No, sized for the shorter 400% figure

A collection outgrows its case by changing format, never by simply getting bigger. You buy the first case for blind-box figures, a pendant series lands, a 40 cm doll follows, and the first case fits none of it. A bigger box doesn’t fix the problem, because format is what constrains the purchase. The same outside-versus-inside gap shows up on jersey frames and cases, where 1.5 inches of frame depth leaves a 1 inch interior.

Chart comparing the published interior clearance of six Labubu display cases against Pop Mart's five published Labubu heights, with a fit matrix showing which formats each case clears

The 6 Best Labubu Display Cases

Rotating cases don’t appear below. Every rotating Labubu case I could find was out of stock except one, and that one’s own product record lists it at 4.0 x 1.0 x 6.6 inches, which at one inch deep isn’t a case a figure could stand in. Its listing text promises “standard 7-10cm Labubu figures,” but it publishes no interior number you can check that against. The segment is real and the listings churn, but not one of the live ones publishes a dimension that survives the check every case below had to pass.

1. Wollibao 3 Tiers Clear Display Case — Best Overall

Wollibao 3 Tiers clear acrylic display case shown open and empty beside an identical case holding six small Labubu plush figures across two tiers

Review. The Wollibao 3 Tiers case is my first choice for a shelf of small vinyl blind-box figures, because it publishes a clearance figure for every tier and it sits on a shelf with no adhesive holding it up. The Wollibao 3 Tiers Clear Display Case marks its tiers at 4.9, 4.4, and 4.9 inches in a gallery diagram, and its in-use photos show two loaded tiers of three plush figures each. A word of caution on the outside numbers, since Wollibao publishes three different sets for the same box. Use the diagram at 14.2 x 10.8 x 5.5 inches, the only one labeling which axis is which.

Overall Ranking: 8.8/10

Individual Rankings

  • Build quality: 8.5/10
  • Size and fit: 9.0/10
  • Visual appeal: 8.5/10
  • Safety and protection: 8.0/10
  • Ease of assembly: 9.5/10
  • Value for money: 9.5/10

Stand-Out Features

  • Published per-tier clearance: 4.9, 4.4, and 4.9 inches.
  • Dividers at three heights: one case covers several figure sizes.
  • Magnetic front door: a closed box with no vents, assembled tool-free.

Pros

  • Publishes the interior number that decides the purchase.
  • Holds six small figures behind one door.
  • Strong buyer record at 4.5 stars from 194 ratings, with an Amazon’s Choice badge.

Cons

  • The listing sells a fit it can’t deliver as shipped. Its Size and Compatibility bullet calls the box “perfectly compatible with regular size labubu, labubu plush keychain, labubu macron series and more,” and a 17 cm plush keychain stands 6.69 inches against a 4.9 inch tallest tier.
  • Standing a pendant in it means pulling a divider, which merges two tiers and drops the advertised six-doll capacity.
  • Publishes no panel thickness and makes no UV claim, so there’s nothing to judge on bowing or fading.

Alternatives. For a shelf you expect to outgrow, the LXLXXL 3 Layer Acrylic Display Case Stackable 2 Pack is the same idea in a stackable pair at 4.7 stars from 702 ratings, though its three layers leave roughly 3 inches per tier and shut out plush entirely.

2. Choowin 5 Tier Acrylic Display Case — Best for 17 cm Plush Pendants

Choowin 5 Tier acrylic display case, a clear enclosed box with four black stepped shelves above a black wood-plastic base

Review. Choowin’s 5 Tier case is the pick if you own plush pendants and you’re tired of laying them flat in a drawer. It sits mid-range on price in this group, and it’s the only case here that publishes a complete interior.

Its dimension diagram states 11.8 inches wide by 11.2 deep by 11.8 tall inside, a step unit 7.5 inches tall, and 4.3 inches of clear air above the top step, so the Choowin 5 Tier Acrylic Display Case is the one you can measure against before ordering. Pull the step unit and a 17 cm pendant stands with nearly 5 inches to spare. Leave it in and that pendant won’t stand on the top level.

Overall Ranking: 8.5/10

Individual Rankings

  • Build quality: 9.0/10
  • Size and fit: 9.5/10
  • Visual appeal: 9.0/10
  • Safety and protection: 8.5/10
  • Ease of assembly: 7.0/10
  • Value for money: 8.0/10

Stand-Out Features

  • A full published interior: width, depth, height, step height, and rise.
  • 3 mm acrylic on a 10 mm wood-plastic base, at 98% transmittance.
  • Five reconfigurable tiers: step unit in for the 14 to 20 small figures Choowin’s photos show, out for plush.

Pros

  • Lets you do the arithmetic before you order instead of after the box lands.
  • Takes the 17 cm pendant and the Have a Seat plush standing, with room to spare.
  • Opaque wood-plastic floor and a hinged front door, with no vents.

Cons

  • Second-lowest buyer rating in this guide at 4.0 stars from 126 ratings, against the 4.4 to 4.6 the four best-rated picks earn.
  • Ships as flat panels with protective film on both faces of every sheet, so every panel gets handled bare-handed twice. The Canadian Conservation Institute notes that “acrylics tend to generate static electricity during cleaning and use, which causes dust to accumulate by electrostatic attraction.”
  • Claims it will “reduce damage from sunlight and UV rays” without naming a percentage, a wavelength, or an acrylic grade.

Alternatives. For the same pendant job in a smaller footprint, the Naconmlet LED case below clears roughly 7.8 inches with its layered panel out, though I’m inferring that number from Naconmlet’s own plate-thickness graphic.

3. LXLXXL 3 Tier Wall-Mounted Acrylic Display Case — Best Wall-Mounted

LXLXXL 3 Tier wall-mounted acrylic display case, an empty clear cabinet with two internal shelves and a handle on the front door

Review. The LXLXXL wall-mounted case is the one to buy when the shelf is full and the lease says no holes, because it’s the only case here with a published no-drill mounting path. The LXLXXL Acrylic Display Case 3 Tier Wall-Mounted ships with what LXLXXL calls “included invisible strong adhesive buckles” and states that “no tools or drilling are required.” Its gallery diagram gives the three tiers as 4.9, 4.3, and 5.0 inches inside a 14.25 x 10.6 x 5.5 inch shell, and a second photo shows the merged bay from pulling a partition, at roughly 9.2 inches.

Overall Ranking: 8.3/10

Individual Rankings

  • Build quality: 8.0/10
  • Size and fit: 8.5/10
  • Visual appeal: 8.5/10
  • Safety and protection: 7.5/10
  • Ease of assembly: 9.0/10
  • Value for money: 8.5/10

Stand-Out Features

  • Dual placement: the same case works on a desk or on a wall.
  • Per-tier clearance in the gallery: 4.9, 4.3, and 5.0 inches.
  • Removable partitions: pull one and the merged bay takes a 17 cm pendant.

Pros

  • The only renter-friendly mount here, with no anchors and no wall damage.
  • Publishes tier-by-tier clearance, which half of this set doesn’t.
  • Strongest buyer traction of the six, at 4.6 stars from 215 ratings.

Cons

  • The wall mount hangs a loaded acrylic case on adhesive pads with no mechanical fastener behind them. The case weighs 1.47 kg (3.2 pounds) empty, LXLXXL publishes no weight rating for the buckles, and a pad that lets go drops the case and everything in it.
  • Geometrically identical to the Wollibao 3 Tiers case, down to the 5.5 inch depth and the magnetic door, so the adhesive buckles are the only thing this case adds.
  • Publishes no panel thickness, makes no UV claim, and stock ran thin during this research.

Alternatives. If you’ll drill, the wall-mounted model car display cases suit small vinyl figures as well as diecast.

4. Wollibao 16-Inch Display Case — Best for the 40 cm Plush Doll

Wollibao 16-inch display case holding a large Labubu plush doll in a bucket hat and denim overalls, with clearance above the ears

Review. If you own one of the big plush dolls and have nowhere to put it, the Wollibao 16-inch case is the one I’d buy. It’s mid-range money for a case that holds one doll, and I’d buy it knowing the fit margin is thin.

The Wollibao Display Case for 16-inch Labubu Fall in Wild measures 15.85 inches tall by 11.8 wide by 9.8 deep on Amazon’s product record, against a Pop Mart doll published at 15.75 inches. Wollibao publishes no interior figure anywhere, not in the bullets, not in the attribute table, and not across the eight-image gallery. Its in-use photos do show a large plush doll standing inside with clearance above the ears.

Overall Ranking: 8.0/10

Individual Rankings

  • Build quality: 8.0/10
  • Size and fit: 7.5/10
  • Visual appeal: 8.5/10
  • Safety and protection: 8.0/10
  • Ease of assembly: 8.0/10
  • Value for money: 8.0/10

Stand-Out Features

  • Built for the large plush format: one of the few Amazon cases sized to a 40 cm doll.
  • Room for a group: the doll plus two or three small figures beside it.
  • Hinged door with a magnetic catch on a closed box weighing 3.3 pounds.

Pros

  • Covers the format most Labubu cases ignore, and names the big plush series in its bullets instead of carving out an exception.
  • Unambiguous fit for every format smaller than the 40 cm doll.
  • Well rated at 4.6 stars, though only from 27 ratings.

Cons

  • The headline fit claim can’t be checked by anyone. No interior number is published, the nominal margin is under a tenth of an inch, and Pop Mart’s own pages put tolerance anywhere from 0.19 to 1.2 inches depending on the figure.
  • Wollibao’s earlier large-doll case, titled “Compatible with Labubu 15.75 inches Height,” carries a bullet reading “(not fit labubu Fall in Wild !!!)” for a doll Pop Mart publishes at 15.74 inches. The brand has shipped both sides of this claim.
  • The last assembly step tells you to “install the door by bending it slightly.” Flexing an acrylic panel by hand invites crazing, the fine surface cracking the Canadian Conservation Institute documents on acrylic.

Alternatives. For Zimomo or several oversized plush figures together, the Wollibao XL Display Case for Labubu POP MART runs 23.6 x 14.1 x 14.1 inches. It publishes no interior either, and its 14.1 inch height clears a 13.78 inch MEGA LABUBU by 0.32 inches on paper, a margin nobody can confirm on a case that publishes no interior dimension and no panel thickness.

5. Naconmlet LED Acrylic Display Case — Best Lit Case for Blind-Box Figures

Naconmlet LED acrylic display case lit from the top plate, holding fifteen small Pop Mart figures on three stepped levels

Review. Naconmlet’s LED case is my pick for a dozen-plus small vinyl figures you want lit and layered, mostly for how it handles a second unit.

The Naconmlet LED Acrylic Display Case stacks vertically and passes power through metal contacts in the base, so a column runs off one cord instead of one per box. The shell is 9.06 inches tall by 11.81 wide by 6.89 deep, and Naconmlet publishes no interior.

Its gallery does publish a plate-thickness comparison, 0.64 inches for its own top and base plates against 0.35 for what it labels competitors, which implies roughly 7.8 inches of usable height. Treat the 7.8 inches as an inference from that graphic rather than a published spec.

Overall Ranking: 7.8/10

Individual Rankings

  • Build quality: 8.5/10
  • Size and fit: 7.0/10
  • Visual appeal: 9.0/10
  • Safety and protection: 7.0/10
  • Ease of assembly: 7.0/10
  • Value for money: 8.5/10

Stand-Out Features

  • Daisy-chained power through the base: stack units and run the column off one cord.
  • Thick 0.64 inch top and base plates, published beside a competitor comparison.
  • Anti-slip tape in the box plus a front magnetic door.

Pros

  • The only case here designed around owning more than one of it.
  • Good presentation for 15 small figures on three levels, per Naconmlet’s in-use photo.
  • Solid buyer record at 4.4 stars from 216 ratings.

Cons

  • The lighting and the protection pull against each other, and the listing only sells you the first half. The LED strip sits in the top plate inches above the figures and runs continuously if you leave it on, while the same listing claims the acrylic “blocks UV rays” without naming a grade or a number.
  • The top and base plates are opaque white, so the “360° unobstructed view” in the copy is four-sided.
  • Eight assembly steps including a wire connector between the base and top plate. No interior clearance appears anywhere in the nine-image gallery.

Alternatives. For the same figures without the light or the wiring, the Wollibao 3 Tiers case costs less and publishes its tiers.

6. NONEMEY Acrylic Display Case With LED Light — Best Single-Figure Showpiece

NONEMEY acrylic display case with a wood base and lit wood top plate, holding one large Pop Mart figure behind clear sliding panels

Review. NONEMEY’s lit, wood-framed case is where I’d spend the money when a single figure is the whole point, and it carries the sharpest fit trap in this category. The NONEMEY Acrylic Display Case with LED Light for 400% Pop Mart is titled for 400% Pop Mart figures, which sounds like one size and isn’t.

MEGA LABUBU 400% stands 35 cm / 13.78 inches, while MEGA SPACE MOLLY 400% stands 29.8 cm / 11.73 inches. This case is 35 cm tall outside by NONEMEY’s own title, before a wood base and a wood LED top plate come out of the 35 cm, and Amazon’s record puts it at 13.0 inches. NONEMEY’s photography shows both, along with the gap where the sliding panels meet the base.

Buy it for a Space Molly, or for any smaller figure you want lit.

Overall Ranking: 7.0/10

Individual Rankings

  • Build quality: 8.0/10
  • Size and fit: 5.5/10
  • Visual appeal: 9.5/10
  • Safety and protection: 6.0/10
  • Ease of assembly: 7.5/10
  • Value for money: 5.5/10

Stand-Out Features

  • Published material spec: 3 mm acrylic at 95% transmittance on a wood base.
  • Wood-framed lit presentation: wood top and base with the acrylic between them, lit from above.
  • Sliding doors that open without swinging into whatever sits next to the case.

Pros

  • A genuinely different object from the clear boxes elsewhere here.
  • Publishes panel thickness and transmittance, which four of these six don’t.
  • Presents one figure well at the premium end of the range.

Cons

  • The product name is a fit claim it can’t meet for a MEGA LABUBU. “For 400% Pop Mart” is true for a 29.8 cm Space Molly and false for a 35 cm Labubu. No interior figure is published anywhere that would let a buyer catch the difference.
  • It never fully closes. NONEMEY’s bullet describes “sliding doors, which are easy to open to keep the collection dust-free,” and a sliding panel runs in a track with a permanent gap at both ends of its travel.
  • Lowest rating in this guide at 3.9 stars from 48 ratings, and the UV language is hedged, promising to “reduce sunlight and ultraviolet radiation, and delay plastic aging” with no grade attached. A 95% transmittance figure describes clarity rather than UV.

Alternatives. For a MEGA LABUBU 400%, no case in this guide is a confirmed fit. Pop Mart’s own 400% Assemblable Lighted Display Container runs 28.3 x 17 x 37.6 cm, about an inch of headroom over a 35 cm figure before the LED housing and base come out of it, and it isn’t sold on Amazon.

Do Labubu Display Cases Keep Dust Out?

A closed acrylic case cuts how much dust reaches your Labubu, and it won’t stop dust landing on the figure or the panels. The Canadian Conservation Institute measures enclosures by air exchange rate, calling 0.3 air changes per day or less well sealed and anything above 1.0 unsealed. None of these cases publishes a rate and none has a gasket, so every one is better described as closed rather than sealed.

A sealed acrylic box can also read dustier after a month than the open shelf it replaced. Acrylic takes on an electrostatic charge as you handle and wipe it, and that charge pulls dust onto the panel and holds it there, which CCI names in its cleaning guidance. Your figure stays cleaner while the panel you look through gets worse, and it’s easy to blame the seal when the panel is doing exactly what charged plastic does.

Sealing harder comes with its own problems. CCI’s plastics and rubbers guidance warns that “sealed enclosures against theft may be dangerous to many plastics” without filtered ventilation. A plush Labubu adds a humidity question on top of that, and CCI’s guidance on mold growth says growth is unlikely below 60% relative humidity with good air circulation.

At the opposite end sit the hook rails and doorless cube shelves that photograph beautifully and seal nothing, the same trade an open tire rack makes among diecast display cases.

Will a Display Case Stop a Labubu From Fading?

Plain acrylic gives your Labubu no meaningful protection from fading, whatever the listing says. The Canadian Conservation Institute names the grades that do filter ultraviolet light, Plexiglas UF-5 and Acrylite OP-2 and OP-3, and a sheet that isn’t one of them is a clear panel and nothing more. Röhm states that ASTM classifies UV-filtering acrylic as blocking 95% of UV between 200 and 390 nanometers, and that its OP3 sheet blocks nearly 100% at 390 nm.

Three of the six cases here make a UV claim. Not one names a percentage, a wavelength, or a grade.

Filtering ultraviolet light wouldn’t finish the job anyway. CCI is blunt about the limit: for colors that are sensitive to light, UV “usually contributes less than half of the fading and often only one tenth.” Visible light does most of the work, but no acrylic panel filters it. Pop Mart lists these figures as ABS and PVC with plush bodies on the pendant and doll formats, and CCI’s plastics guidance says light damage there shows up as “discolouration (especially yellowing in uncoloured plastics), chalking, loss of impact strength.”

Placement does the work instead, and it costs you nothing. CCI’s light guidance puts a high-sensitivity colorant at a just-noticeable fade in five days to two months at 5,000 lux, roughly a window or a study lamp, against 1.5 to 20 years at 50 lux. Keep the case off the windowsill and you’ve done more than any panel here. An LED is fine on the UV question, since CCI measures white LED at 0 to 75 microwatts per lumen of UV and records no UV filter as necessary.

Comparison of time to a just-noticeable fade on a light-sensitive colorant: five days to two months at 5,000 lux on a windowsill, against 1.5 to 20 years at 50 lux on a dim interior shelf

Pop Mart’s Own Display Containers and Where They Stop

Pop Mart sells six display containers of its own, and a check of all six turns up the same gap as everywhere else. Each publishes a single external size line, none publishes an interior clearance, and none names a Labubu series it fits.

Pop Mart’s own flagship container is exactly as tall on the outside as one of Pop Mart’s own Labubu figures. Pop Mart publishes the POP MART 100% Assemblable Lighted Display Container at 35 x 19 x 17 cm, so its exterior height is 17 cm and the vinyl plush pendant is 17 cm. The base and the LED-bearing top plate both come out of that 17 cm before a figure goes in.

For 100%-scale figures and small vinyls, it’s the one product in this guide with a real spec page from its maker. Pop Mart lists it as LED, ABS, polycarbonate, rubber, and iron, with three light colors and four brightness levels on the left button and five on the right. Measure before you assume it covers your pendants.

How to Wall-Mount a Labubu Display Case Without Drilling

Put a Labubu display case low on an interior wall, keep the load light, and load the bottom tier first. Adhesive strips will hold it there without a drill, as long as you stay inside what they’re rated for.

3M rates its Large Command Picture Hanging Strips at 3.6 kg (7.9 pounds) with two pairs and 7.2 kg (15.9 pounds) with four on its published content sheet, which is a useful yardstick for the adhesive buckles that ship with the LXLXXL case. Those are 3M’s own published ratings, and 3M attaches restrictions to them worth reading first.

3M’s own sheet says the strips are “not recommended for mounting shelves, tapestry or shadow boxes,” tells you not to hang “valuable or irreplaceable items,” not to hang over beds, and to wait seven days after painting. They’re rated for one-time use, at 15°F to 120°F. A loaded display case behaves more like a shelf than a picture frame, which puts it on the wrong side of 3M’s own advice.

Hang the case where a failure drops it onto carpet instead of a hard floor, and stay under half of whatever the adhesive is rated for. An interior wall away from the window is also the darkest spot in the room.

Which Labubu Display Case to Buy for the Labubus You Own

Start with the tallest Labubu on your shelf and work back from there, because that figure decides the case and nothing else does.

  • Mostly small vinyl blind-box figures: the Wollibao 3 Tiers case, at 4.9, 4.4, and 4.9 inches per tier.
  • 17 cm pendants or Have a Seat plush standing up: the Choowin 5 Tier case, the only one here publishing a full interior.
  • No shelf space and no permission to drill: the LXLXXL wall-mounted case, mounted low and loaded light.
  • A 40 cm plush doll: the Wollibao 16-inch case, accepting a fit margin under a tenth of an inch.
  • A dozen-plus small figures you want lit: the Naconmlet LED case, especially if you’ll buy a second.
  • One figure as a centerpiece: the NONEMEY lit case, as long as it isn’t a 35 cm MEGA LABUBU.

Pop Mart publishes five different heights across the formats a collection ends up holding. The Choowin is the only case here that publishes a full interior, so it’s the only one whose fit you can check against all of them before you order. Figures outside the Labubu line need the larger acrylic boxes sold as statue and figure display cases.

Frequently Asked Questions About Labubu Display Cases

What size display case do I need for a 17 cm Labubu?

You need about 8 inches of interior clearance for a 17 cm Labubu. Pop Mart publishes the vinyl plush pendant at 17 cm / 6.69 inches excluding the hanging loop, and states that measurements can vary by 0.4 to 1.2 inches. The Choowin 5 Tier Acrylic Display Case publishes 11.8 inches of interior height with its step unit out, which clears a pendant with room for the tolerance. A 14 inch shell split into three tiers gives you under 5 inches per tier.

Will a Labubu display case stop my figures from fading?

No, a standard acrylic display case won’t stop a Labubu from fading. Plain acrylic isn’t a UV filter, and the Canadian Conservation Institute names Plexiglas UF-5 and Acrylite OP-2 and OP-3 as the grades that are. None of the cases here names a grade or a percentage. Visible light also causes most fading on light-sensitive colors and no clear panel blocks it, so placement away from a window does far more than any case.

Can I mount a Labubu display case on the wall without drilling?

Yes, you can wall-mount a Labubu display case with adhesive strips instead of screws, within real limits on weight. The LXLXXL Acrylic Display Case 3 Tier Wall-Mounted ships with adhesive buckles and states that no tools or drilling are required. For scale, 3M rates its Large Command Picture Hanging Strips at 7.2 kg (15.9 pounds) with four pairs while telling you not to use them for shelves. Mount low, load the bottom tier first, and stay well under whatever the adhesive claims.

Can I keep a Labubu pendant in a case on my backpack?

You can carry a Labubu pendant in a case on your backpack, but the snap-on shells with backpack hooks are the least reliable products in this category. Most of the hook cases listed for Labubu went out of stock during this research, they come from single-shop sellers whose listings turn over in months, and almost none publishes a dimension you can check against a 6.69 inch pendant.

Should I store unopened Labubu blind boxes in a display case?

Yes, unopened Labubu blind boxes belong in a display case, and light is what threatens a sealed box most. The printed box is paper, and CCI’s guidance on paper objects says visible light fades the colors while UV causes yellowing, weakening, and chalking. A closed case in a dark corner keeps a box mint better than an open shelf near a window. Display Geek makes box-sized acrylic cases fitted to specific Pop Mart boxes, publishing both the box size and the case size.

Does a case sold for 400% Pop Mart fit a MEGA LABUBU?

A case sold for 400% Pop Mart often won’t fit a MEGA LABUBU, because “400%” describes a scale rather than a single height. MEGA LABUBU 400% stands 35 cm / 13.78 inches while MEGA SPACE MOLLY 400% stands 29.8 cm / 11.73 inches, and cases titled for 400% figures are generally sized for the shorter one. Check the exterior height, subtract the base and any lighting plate, and treat anything within an inch of 13.78 inches as a fit you can’t confirm.
